All of our cotton batting is 2 inches thick.
2. Do you offer both batting and stuffing?
Yes. Our cotton is available in two forms: batting (flat sheets) and stuffing (loose fill).
3. What is the difference between All-Natural Cotton and GOTS-Certified Organic Cotton?
- All-Natural Cotton – minimally processed, clean, and ideal for most DIY and upholstery uses.

1. What sizes do you offer?
We provide cotton in both cut-to-size pieces and full rolls. Because sizes vary by product, all dimensions, formats, and quantities are listed directly on each product page.

1. How much cotton do I need to make my own pillow?
For DIY pillow projects, we recommend layering cotton batting. The best results typically come from using three layers of 2" batting.
2. How firm are your pillow inserts?
Cotton-filled inserts start with a soft to medium feel. Over time, the cotton naturally compresses into a medium/firm density, offering supportive and comfortable structure.

What We Do
Specializing in transforming raw cotton into soft, fluffy layers used for insulation, quilting, and stuffing products like pillows and comforters. The process involves cotton carding machines, which disentangle and clean the cotton fibers, aligning them into smooth, uniform sheets.
The Factory
Using two carding machines allows factories to increase efficiency, producing high-quality cotton batting that is consistent in texture and thickness, ready for use in various textile products.
